  My dog was showing weakness and an inability to stand. I went to Greencross (her current vet for a number of years) as they were open after hours. I found that they were unable to help at all (what's the point in being open after hours if there is no capability to help?). I then needed to go to SASH (no issues here..just should have gone there in the first place). In spite of having been to that vet many times before they insisted on me settling the $80 consult fee (for what...they just said she is very unwell and should go to SASH) before I left, really frustrating given I was in a hurry to get to SASH . They also refused to let me borrow the ligttweight stretcher to make it easier to get her in and out of the car. Seem to have gone downhill since Greencross took over.

  Although in general vet care is expensive the quality of care is astonishing. The experience is all the better for both owners and if my cat could tell me she would agree as they have separate cordoned off areas for cats away from the dogs. Feliway spray is used in the cat treatment area and now even has a litter tray. The vet Sabina is awesome. Well done
